Day 1: October 1, 2025
Diplomatic Engagement & Networking
Delegates arrive in the afternoon and receive a warm welcome. The evening features a Diplomatic Dinner with World Leaders, providing a platform for high-level discussions, networking, and collaboration among influential changemakers.
Day 2: October 2, 2025
Leadership Awards Summit & Celebrations
The day begins with the Opening Ceremony, followed by Cultural Representations, a Panel Discussion, & a Networking Lunch. In the afternoon, a Leadership Workshop led by global experts will take place. The evening features the Award Ceremony, honouring outstanding leaders, & concludes with the Celebration Gala.
Day 3: October 3, 2025
Farewell & Media Spotlight
The final day focuses on Media Coverage & Interviews, offering awardees and participants an opportunity to share their impact stories. The summit concludes with a Farewell Lunch, allowing attendees to reflect on their experiences, strengthen connections, and look forward to future collaborations.

The application fee covers the administrative and operational costs required to review nominations. This ensures a fair evaluation process by our board committee and helps support the management of the Leadership Awards Summit program.
The deadline for submitting nominations is August 20, 2025 (US time zone).
If you wish to receive a fully or partially funded trip to New York, you can nominate yourself in this category. You will be required to submit an application form with accurate details. The selection committee will review submissions, and successful nominees will be awarded funding.
If you need to expedite your visa process to United States, you can apply for the Invitation Letter. This gives you priority visa support, allowing you to secure your travel documents in advance. Later, you can apply for a funded nomination or participate as a delegate at the Leadership Awards Summit New York, USA 2025.
The registration fees listed in the applications section can be paid using debit or credit cards through our secure banking, ensuring full safety & reliability. If you do not have a debit or credit card, you may use a family member’s or friend’s card to complete the registration & nomination process.
This category is for individuals who are passionate about participating in the summit but do not require accommodation. It includes full event access, nomination for the Global Leader Award, and an exclusive invitation letter to support your USA visa application. You can nominate yourself or another individual from your company or institution.

This award summit is open to individuals aged 16 to 45 from all over the world, including Students, Professionals & business leaders, Social workers & youth advocates, Healthcare practitioners & policymakers, Trainers & educators, lawyers & ambassadors, Volunteers & aspiring young leaders.

Applicants are strongly advised to hold a valid passport for travel. However, you may apply by uploading your National/Student ID in the passport section and ensure your passport is secured before the event date.
As the event will be held at a 4/5-star hotel in New York, the cost of accommodation is considerably high. Therefore, accommodation is not included in any participation category—whether fully funded, partially funded, or self-funded.
Participants are encouraged to arrange their own accommodation based on personal preference and budget, at hotels located in New York. Following the selection process, an official delegation group will be created, allowing all participants to coordinate and discuss travel plans, including accommodation options. However, if you wish to stay at the official venue hotel, you may request this separately, and our team will be pleased to assist you in arranging your stay accordingly.
We recommend all delegates apply for a B1/B2 visa using our event invitation letter.
