4. What is the Invitation Letter category?

If you need to expedite your visa process to United States, you can apply for the Invitation Letter. This gives you priority visa support, allowing you to secure your travel documents in advance. Later, you can apply for a funded nomination or participate as a delegate at the Leadership Awards Summit New York, USA 2025.

5. How can I pay the nomination & registration fees?

The registration fees listed in the applications section can be paid using debit or credit cards through our secure banking, ensuring full safety & reliability. If you do not have a debit or credit card, you may use a family member’s or friend’s card to complete the registration & nomination process.

11. Who is eligible to nominate & participate in the Leadership Awards Summit in New York, USA?

This award summit is open to individuals aged 16 to 45 from all over the world, including Students, Professionals & business leaders, Social workers & youth advocates, Healthcare practitioners & policymakers, Trainers & educators, lawyers & ambassadors, Volunteers & aspiring young leaders.

12. What if I do not have a passport?

Applicants are strongly advised to hold a valid passport for travel. However, you may apply by uploading your National/Student ID in the passport section and ensure your passport is secured before the event date.

13. Is accommodation included for Leadership Awards Summit USA 2025?

As the event will be held at a 4/5-star hotel in New York, the cost of accommodation is considerably high. Therefore, accommodation is not included in any participation category—whether fully funded, partially funded, or self-funded.

Participants are encouraged to arrange their own accommodation based on personal preference and budget, at hotels located in New York. Following the selection process, an official delegation group will be created, allowing all participants to coordinate and discuss travel plans, including accommodation options. However, if you wish to stay at the official venue hotel, you may request this separately, and our team will be pleased to assist you in arranging your stay accordingly.

We recommend all delegates apply for a B1/B2 visa using our event invitation letter.
