Accommodation is not included in any category—whether fully funded, partially funded, or self-funded. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own stay based on personal preferences and budget. Based on our invitation letter, you may apply for either a tourist (visit) visa or a business visa for Austria, depending on which is more practical and efficient for your circumstances.

Fully Funded Scholarship: Includes airfare support, meals as per the event agenda, full event access, official certificate, exclusive invitation letter, visa support for Schengen Europe, keynote speaking opportunity, work opportunities in the US or Europe, chance to present at the United Nations, event merchandise, cultural showcases, and global collaborations.

Partially Funded Scholarship: Includes all of the above except airfare support.
